Delivery Of Your Order
We aim to dispatch all orders in 1 to 5 working days, but you should allow up to 30 days for delivery, usually if we are waiting for your stock. We usually use Royal Mail and DHL to ship all orders Worldwide. If these carriers return your order because nobody was available to receive the order, you will be required to pay any necessary additional charges. We are not liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
Delivery for UK orders is free. Delivery for Europe, North America and the rest of the world, we charge a flat rate fee on all unit orders, then additional units are charged accordingly. These individual shipping costs are shown clearly in the shopping cart.
All returns of damaged goods or goods that you did not order, should be sent to:

It is your responsibility as the customer, to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address you have provided, when your order is delivered. If the carrier returns your order because they couldn’t deliver the goods or because you didn’t arrange to collect your order from them, you will be required to pay additional postage and administration charges before we re-supply your goods. You will also be required to pay an additional postage charge if you supplied an incorrect or incomplete delivery address in the first instance. The additional postage and administration charge is the same as the original quote on your order. If you choose to cancel your order rather than have it re-delivered, you will receive a full refund.
Returns Policy – Damaged Or Incorrect Goods
If you wish to return a damaged item, or one that you have not ordered or for any other reason that is clearly our fault, you must contact us prior to returning the item(s) in order for us to arrange either a refund of the purchase price or to replace the damaged or incorrect items. Returns Policy – Unwanted Goods
If you want to cancel your order within 14 days of having received your goods, you should e-mail us at email@example.com before returning the item(s). We will send you a ‘Returns Form’ by e-mail that can be filled out and returned with the goods.
When returning items, you will be responsible for them and their condition until they reach us. We therefore suggest that you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
